Another outstanding year of service providing medical cover for our 4,000 guests at the New Year's Eve party in the New Connaught Rooms, Coveny Garden, London WC2

Special thanks to your team of seven and the two ambulance drivers kept on stand by to deal with medical emergencies, they are to be praised for their professionalism and dedication in dealing with the public, who can be challenging on such an excitable night. On behalf of all my colleagues please accept our thanks for coming along to the big fun walk on Sunday 9th March, and following the walkers from East Finchley to Storeys Gate. We are all very impressed with the service of the crew, who did not just wait about to be asked for help, but kept inspection where the Marshal seemed to be missing, and many people attempted to cross at the wrong place. We have made special note of this to be sure that in the future someone completely reliable will man this!
