KORMA

 

Mild - cooked using delicate herbs and spices and fresh cream garnished with sultanas, almonds and coconut.

DANSAK

 

Mild - Sweet and Sour - cooked with mild herbs and spices, pineapple and lentils garnished with fresh pineapple and coriander.

JALFREZI

 

Medium - cooked using herbs and spices, onions, peppers and garnished with coriander.

DOPIAZA

 

Medium – cooked using herbs and spices and plenty of onion - garnished with onion and coriander.

BHUNA

 

Medium - cooked to a dry consistency with onions, tomato and extra garam masala - garnished with onion.

   

MASALA

 

Medium - cooked in a traditional Punjabi sauce made from onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, fenugreek and garam masala and garnished with coriander.

MADRAS

 

Hot - cooked using a high amount of strong herbs and spices and lots of chillies and garnished with fresh chillies and coriander.

HOUSE BALTI

Traditional House Balti (Karahi) - Non vegetarian Balti cuisine is famous across Northern India and a traditional Punjabi method of cooking using herbs and spices, onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, tomato, fenugreek and fresh coriander (if you would like to add more of one of the aboveingredients please inform the waiter).

PUNJABI KARAHI
 

These dishes are famous across Northern India and are a traditional Punjabi method of cooking. The consistency of these dishes is rich and dry and they include Zaara’s blended spices, onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, tomato, and fresh coriander - garnished with fresh lemon and coriander (if you would like to add more of one of the above ingredients please inform our staff).
